The Dutch designer Karel Martens originally created this table in 1995 for his students in the Werkplaats Typografie master’s program at ArtEZ University of the Arts. Now, for the first time, the table is available to the public. The thoughtful construction gives the WT-Table – named after Werkplaats Typografie – an architectural and sculptural expression. At the same time, it is elegantly simple, strong, and robust. Its dimensions are designed to invite lively discussions or long dinners, making the table perfect for any office, meeting room, or dining space.
The WT-Table comes in two different sizes: 200 x 90 cm or 230 x 100 cm. You can choose from a range of color and material combinations. The steel frame is available in black, off-white, or rust, while the laminate surface comes in white or black. The edges of the white top can be either white or plywood, while the edges of the black top are either black or plywood.
The graphic design of the WT-Table adds a classic statement to modern interiors
