The Emil Rosi chair is well thought out in every detail. The back and armrests in 5 mm thick leather are hand-sewn into an extra piece of leather, which is subsequently folded into a tube that fits into the chair frame via a slot. Simple, decorative and very durable. The special construction is also a big plus for comfort. The large curved leather back wraps around the user and provides a fantastically comfortable support.
The 5 mm thick quality leather comes from free-range cattle in southern Germany. After tanning, the leather is dyed with metal-free pigments. As it should be when producing with conscience.
Natural leather, like all other quality leather, patinas beautifully with time. Therefore, also note that especially the natural colored over time changes character and becomes a lot darker.
