What personal data does Grape collect and what is it used for?

When you shop at Grape, we collect the necessary data in relation to being able to handle your order, including company name, contact name, delivery address, billing address, telephone number. as well as the e-mail address for the electronic paperwork. You will not be automatically subscribed to our newsletter in connection with placing orders with Grape.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the necessary data to be able to send emails to you, including your name and email address. On special occasions, we register whether you are, for example, registered in connection with your participation in trade fairs, where Grape has participated as an exhibitor.

In connection with eg trade fairs, Grape can from the trade fair organizer receive lists with names and e-mail addresses of those of the visitors who have given consent that they would like to receive e-mails from the exhibitors. This personal data (names and e-mail addresses) is loaded into our system for handling news e-mails.

In connection with sending out news e-mails, we track information about who opens e-mails and which links are clicked on. We use this information solely as a statistical basis to analyze the general interest in, for example, our news.

It is easy to unsubscribe from news emails from Grape, either via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our news emails or by writing to us at grape@grape.dk

When you are in dialogue with Grape, we sometimes note the dialogue in our CRM system, so that we can later provide you with a good and present service. We only record business-related data in our CRM system.

Retention of Personal Data

Regardless of the species, cf. above, personal data is not shared with third parties. However, personal data is stored at data processors. In connection with hosting our systems, we therefore transfer personal data to data processors incl. data processors in countries outside the EU / EEA. In this connection, we ensure your rights and an appropriate level of security, for example by using the EU Commission's model contracts.

Personal data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

If you would like access to the information registered with Grape, simply write to us by e-mail grape@grape.dk. If you wish to object or have your data corrected or deleted by Grape, you can also contact us by Email.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your inquiry, you are entitled to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 1300 Copenhagen K, dt@datatilsynet.dk.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

If our Privacy Policy changes, this page will be updated.
