Delivery – shipping methods
We ship to all corporate addresses worldwide. In Denmark all shipments are shipped with GLS Business. Outside Denmark all deliveries are shipped with UPS. For shipment of receptionist’s desks, pulpits and larger shipments, we use professional furniture conveyors and or in-house fitters.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is ready for pickup or shipment, you receive another email with relevant details, including a link to track and trace your shipment, where relevant.
Remember, you can always check the status of your order by signing in to GrapeDesign Online Store.

A few days after placing your order, we will know the exact date of delivery and we will update your order with the confirmed delivery date and you will receive an updated order confirmation via email.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your shipment has been picked up at our warehouse, you will receive an email with the relevant shipping information. If GLS or UPS delivers the shipment, we include a link to track and trace your order. With larger consignments, including desks and pulpits, we will contact you to arrange delivery and mounting, where relevant.
What do I do in the case of issues with delivery?
We always strive to avoid any and all delivery problems, should problems, nonetheless, unexpectedly arise, please give us a call on +45 38 878 800 or outside normal working hours (weekdays 8am – 4pm CET (UTC+01:00), send an email to grape@grapedesign.dk.
