Restaurant De Houtloods, Tilburg
De Houtloods pairs an adventurous menu of small plates with a hip atmosphere. The restaurant may be housed in a historic building (dating back to 1867), but architect Thomas Bedaux created a decidedly modern interior: a centrally located kitchen-bar and glass skylights and walls. He also chose modern classics from Functionals for furnishing and lighting: the Wendela barstool, the Luftschiff lamp, our T-tables, and Emil Rosi chair.
