Galleri Speez, Duffel

In an old farmhouse building in Duffel, Belgium, you will find the art gallery Speez. Owner Brigitte van Meerbeeck has a minimalist style and values art that returns to the essence. Functionality is at the center of the exhibition space, which is why the Lloyd table and Lloyd benches fit perfectly in the area. Brigitte says, "I use Lloyd as a dining table and a meeting table. And in the summer, I place the table and benches outside."

The old farmhouse used to consist of three parts: a barn, a stable, and sleeping quarters. Areal Architects have transformed the farm into an open and multifunctional exhibition space. In the new design, the original division into three sections has been preserved.
