The 50-year-old veneer mold has been brushed off and now shows how 3D molding of veneers was possible long before the 3D veneer was invented. At the same time, the aging technique gives the chair shell an exciting rustic character. The visible fusion with the light frame can be attributed to a traditional assembling technique that carpenters have used for decades. In addition to the characteristic expression, the Wendela chair, despite its compact dimensions, surprises most with a formidable seating comfort.
