molo softwall are flexible and acoustic room dividers that stand out aesthetically with a playful, light, and dreamlike expression. The beautifully designed award-winning* divider, which can extend up to 4.5 meters in length, compresses down to just 5 cm when not in use. When unfolded, it can stand straight or be arranged into flowing curves. Is 4.5 meters not enough? You can connect multiple walls using the integrated magnets.

A room divider that also enhances acoustics
Noise in open spaces is often a challenge, particularly for the work environment in open offices, where employee concentration and well-being are affected by noise and visual distractions. The ridged surface structure of molo’s softwall absorbs sound (aw 0.5), significantly improving room acoustics. No room divider can completely block sound, but acoustic dividers like softwall reduce the impact and noticeably diminish irrelevant speech. This elegant divider is therefore also popular for flexible partitioning in restaurants.

It's About the Perception of Space
The molo softwall room divider was created by the Canadian architect and design duo Stephanie Forsythe and Todd MacAllen. Together, they have won multiple international design awards for their exquisite architecture and functional products. Their design philosophy emphasizes that even the smallest elements influence the overall perception of space. This concept becomes evident when a softwall unfolds into its flexible length of 2 to 4.5 meters, creating captivating spaces with tranquility and room for deep focus.

softwall Room Dividers in Kraft Paper
If you're aiming for an organic aesthetic in your interior, softwall room dividers in kraft paper are an excellent choice. They are available in slate black and a beautiful natural brown variant, as well as heights of 152 cm, 183 cm and 244 cm. The kraft paper contains recycled fibers and is 100% recyclable. Despite their size, softwall room dividers use minimal material. In fact, a softwall consists of 99% air when fully extended. These qualities make kraft paper softwalls one of the most sustainable room dividers we know. This was also recognized in 2005 with the INDEX: Award for Design to Improve Life, presented by then-H.R.H. Crown Prince Frederik.

softwall Room Dividers in Tyvek®
You might recognize Tyvek® material from security envelopes, festival wristbands or roofing underlays. Made from rolled PET fibers, Tyvek® is an incredibly durable, antistatic, UV-resistant, and waterproof material. These properties make molo’s Tyvek® softwall room dividers a long-lasting and thus sustainable solution. The material can even be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. So even the white softwall can remain clean and attractive for many years. Tyvek® softwall room dividers are available in heights of 152 cm, 183 cm, 244 cm, and 305 cm. You can choose between the slightly translucent white, the elegant black, the metallic aluminum-coated, or the forest green. For large quantities, we can offer Tyvek® softwalls in custom colors.

Poetic and Atmospheric Lighting
When you choose the softwall screen in translucent white Tyvek®, you can create a glowing, atmospheric ambiance in your interior. The room divider can be illuminated from within with warm (2700K) or neutral (4000K) LED light. The ambient and integrable LED lighting adds an almost poetic dimension to the room divider and your interior design.
