Impact Acoustic® Bespoke baffles
Vertical acoustic baffles have long been popular in the industry for practical reasons and because they effectively prevent sound from reflecting under the ceiling. Practical benefits include easy access to installations and unobstructed passage for skylight. In offices and other types of interiors, acoustic baffles also offer exciting design possibilities -especially when it comes to baffles from Impact Acoustic® and Grape, available in 36 nature-inspired colors.

Impact Acoustic® bespoke ceiling baffles are delivered, as the name suggests, in custom sizes and include rails for suspension.

Acoustic ceilings in 36 nature-inspired colors
Impact Acoustic® acoustic ceiling baffles and Grape 60x60 are made from Archisonic® acoustic felt panels. So whether you want your ceilings in Nordic Pine, Moss, or one of the other 34 colors, the choice is entirely yours.

The amount of acoustic material required
Danish Building regulations stipulate that open offices must have an equivalent absorption area equal to 1.1 times the floor area. For example, if an office is 100 sqm, the equivalent absorption material required is 110 sqm. If the sound-absorbing materials absorb an average of 50% of the sound, the actual need is 220 sqm. Therefore, it becomes clear that an acoustic ceiling alone is rarely sufficient - especially in spaces with high ceilings, where additional wall-mounted absorbers are often necessary.
